Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Wyoming or eligibility to obtain one
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Successful completion of relevant clinical fellowship (CFY accepted for some roles)
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or clinical setting is an advantage
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students as determined by IEPs
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans tailored to students’ needs
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of interventions, assessments, and outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts
- Offer guidance and education to families and school staff regarding speech-language development
